Ecorse Machinery Precision Products Division

Ecorse Precision was founded in 1959 as a screw machine rebuilding company. As our relationships with our customers grew, so did our product line. Today, in addition to our rebuilding business, we offer contract manufacturing services utilizing a wide range of machinery to manufacture products from bar-stock and coils. We manufacture products from materials such as: Brass, Stainless, Aluminum, Steel and Nylon. We are ISO 9001:2015 certified.  We have over 100,000 square feet of manufacturing floor space.

	Multi-Spindle Automatics (75+) Acme Gridley Screw Machines from .200” to over 5” diameters. Machines are equipped with pick off, threading, back finishing, CNC slides, spindle stopping, spindle positioning, polygon turning, cross drilling, wadkins cut off, etc.
	CNC Horizontal Machining Centers / Lathes (10) Gildemeister, Haas and Cincinnati Milacron CNC lathes with live tooling, sub spindles and bar loaders
	CNC Vertical Machining Centers / Mills (7) Haas, Mitsubishi and Fadal CNC vertical milling centers with 4 axis capability and rigid tapping
	Centerless Grinding (3) Cincinnati centerless grinders (Twin grip 340-20 and 220-8 models)
	Induction Heat Treating Tocco continuous feed induction heat treat machine.
	Secondary equipment includes Bar Stamping, broaching, multiple rotary tables, deep hole drilling, o-ring installation, custom stamping & decorating machines, three stage part washing, Mectron Laser Inspecting.
	(3) Tru-tech three-axis CNC Reciprocating Tool Grinders.
	(3) Wire EDM including Charmilles 240 and 300 machines.
	Zeiss PMC 850 CNC bridge type programmable Coordinate Measuring Machine and other CMM machines.

	With over 500 automatics in our inventory, we have the ability to take on any machine (from 7/16" to 8"), tool it and run a customer's part.

	CNC machines to produce lower volume and/or more complex parts and attachments
	Specialized tool-making equipment and EDM’s to make special attachments, custom tool holders, perishable tools (including form and shave tools, inserts, trepan tools, step drills and reamers). We also offer re-grinding and drill sharpening services.
